Newly developed Brembo GT kit for the Ferrari 612. Anyone who is familiar or plays with this car knows that there is almost next to no aftermarket support. Currently we are the only one with this kit

Almost two months in the making, this kit was blueprinted here at Evo Garage. With cooperation from Ferrari, a team from Brembo was then invited to the dealership to gather some final data on the 612. However none of this would have been possible if it weren’t for Melissa over at STILLEN, thank you for making this happen!

LEDA SYSTEM INSTALL ON THE INTEGRALE EVO

The superior suspension setup consisting of Koni Yellows with Eibach springs were taken out of the Integrale Evo a couple nights ago, from the car to it’s final resting place, the trash bin. For it’s replacement the Evo was given a brand new set of custom made 24-way adjustable bound and rebound Leda coilovers paired to some Eibach springs.

Because spending money on expensive pretty lug nuts are a must, extended studs were installed to the front and rear hubs, replacing the traditional European concept of using wheel bolts.

Shortly after the Evo arrived, there was always this question of why does this car not stop as it should. Last night the calipers were taken apart for a deep clean and service, not so surprised to see one of the rears were seized, luckily it was able to be saved. The lack of braking performance was also caused by three of the four lines being semi to completely clogged, luckily there was already a set of Goodridge stainless brake lines here. The Endless pads that went into the car earlier this year were chucked in place for Ferodo DS2500s, Brembo sport slotted rotors were also installed.

STaSIS Engineering; The gravity die cast Monobloc caplipers are constructed of aluminum alloy providing improved rigidity and weight savings. The increased rigidity combined with braided stainless brake lines provides a linear, confidence inspiring pedal feel.

An internal veined design aides in dissipating the thermal energy (heat) associated with repeated heavy brake use. This technology is paramount in a racing situation, and the advanced cooling helps avoid warping – which can cause instability in high-speed or emergency stops.

The unique slotted crescent design avoids degraded brake performance due to pad-gassing. In addition, the slotted crescent technology is less susceptible to the cracking associated with cross-drilled rotors.

PROJECT MU, PMU BRAKE PADS

Since the discontinuation of Carbonetic brake pads, we have been in search of something of its equal… We now stock Project Mu street and circuit pads.

B-Force
Developed for street and light track use where initial stopping power and resistance to face is of prime importance. In addition to reducing brake dust and squeal, these long-lasting pads help keep rotor wear to a minimum.

Type HC Plus
Designed for sports and street driving for improved braking performance and durability.

Level Max500
Designed for sport driving and circuit racing with lighter and compact vehicles. Carbon metal, asbestos free construction, with rotor temperature range of 0 to 500°C.

Level Max900i
Designed for high performance vehicle circuit racing and sport driving. The Max900i brake pads are of the highest level sport/circuit racing pads from Project Mu. Carbon metal, asbestos free construction, with rotor temperature range of 100 to 900°C.
